Founder & Principal
Ishu Fenner brings more than 27 years of executive leadership, strategic vision, and a remarkable breadth of experience to the world of real estate.
Throughout her career, she has led complex initiatives across federal and commercial sectors, built high performing teams, shaped business strategy, and transformed ambitious objectives into measurable results.
Today, she brings that same commitment to excellence to Potomac Porch, a business born from her passion for real estate, home renovation, and the possibilities that come with creating a place to call home.
A Washington, DC native who grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland, spent much of her adult life in Arlington, Virginia, and now calls Great Falls home, Ishu brings a deeply personal understanding of the communities she serves.
Her approach combines thoughtful listening, rigorous analysis, creative problem solving, and an unwavering commitment to the people who place their trust in her.
With four academic degrees, an MFA, MS, MA, and BA, and an extensive portfolio of professional certifications, Ishu brings an uncommon combination of analytical, creative, and operational expertise to every relationship.
