When you book, your name, email address, phone number, chosen time, and any notes are used to arrange your appointment with Ishu Fenner. Please avoid including sensitive financial or personal documents in your notes.

Your appointment

Your appointment is saved securely on this website. When Ishu enables Google Calendar sync, the appointment details are also sent to her selected calendar and Google is asked to email a calendar invitation. Without a connected calendar, your confirmation appears on screen; no automatic email is promised. Details synced to Google remain in that account until Ishu removes them under her own retention practices. To request a change, cancellation, or deletion, email ishu@potomacporch.com.

Availability

The website checks busy time ranges on calendars selected by Ishu. Visitors see available appointment slots, not event names, attendees, or other private calendar details.

Calendar access and security

The management dashboard requires a private owner login. Google Calendar is an optional connection that the owner can authorize separately. The site uses that connection to list calendars, check busy times, and create, update, or cancel website appointments. The connection token is encrypted on the server and is never sent to visitors.

Cloudflare hosts the site and uses Turnstile to protect the booking form from automated abuse. It processes information such as your IP address for that check. The booking database stores appointment times, calendar identifiers, request fingerprints, and encrypted contact form details so Ishu can manage appointments from this site. Completed database records are removed 30 days after the appointment. Changes awaiting calendar sync are retained until resolved. Owner sign-in supports approved Google accounts and one-time codes delivered by Cloudflare Email Service. Google sign-in verifies your email and identity and requests basic profile information to display your Google profile picture. The picture URL is stored encrypted; your browser loads the image from Google. Calendar access is authorized separately. Codes expire after 10 minutes and are stored only as secret-protected hashes. Owner sessions expire after eight hours.

Community signups

When you join the Potomac Porch community, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, signup date, source page, and your consent to receive invitations and occasional updates by email. These details are stored as encrypted contact records in the website’s database, viewable and exportable by authorized dashboard users. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to text-message marketing.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the signup form against automated abuse. To unsubscribe or request removal of your signup information, email ishu@potomacporch.com. Booking an appointment does not automatically subscribe you to community updates.

Open house sign-ins

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, whether you are a real estate agent, whether you are working with an agent, their name if you choose to provide it to record your visit and follow up about the open house. Your sign-in is linked to the property and event date and stored encrypted with your contact record. Authorized dashboard users can view and export these records. New open-house sign-ins include email invitations and occasional updates by default. You can opt out at any time by emailing Ishu at the address above. Previously recorded email preferences are retained. Shared tablets clear visitor details after submission. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. To request removal, email Ishu using the address above.

Home valuation requests

As you type in the property address field, address text is sent through our server to Geoapify to suggest matching addresses. We do not send your contact fields or browser IP address to Geoapify. Its privacy policy applies to that processing. Suggestions are not a guarantee of address accuracy; review the address, including any unit number, before submitting.

We collect your contact information and property address to provide a home estimate and follow up about your request. We send the property address to RentCast to obtain an automated estimate. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or browser IP address to RentCast. RentCast can retain property lookups under its privacy policy. Authorized dashboard users may also keep contact notes, relationship status, and follow-up tasks. Submissions and retained appointments using the same email address are grouped in a contact profile. These records are stored encrypted. Your contact details, property address, and estimate are stored encrypted in our website database, accessible and exportable by authorized dashboard users. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Requesting a valuation does not subscribe you to community marketing. To request deletion, contact Ishu using the email above.
